Donald Trump promises a historic package of more than 100 executive orders to strengthen security, migration, and the economy in the United States as he returns to the White House.
Trump returned to the White House as the 47th president of the United States, announcing the signing of over a hundred executive orders covering key areas such as migration, energy, the economy, and national security.
The Republican aims to assert authority and roll back many policies enacted during the Biden-Harris administration.
The inauguration ceremony took place inside the Capitol due to the cold temperatures in Washington, D.C., and the president revealed he would have a “desk” ready to sign his first measures immediately.

Among these are executive orders targeting migration, including mass deportations of undocumented immigrants, completion of the southern border wall, and the creation of detention centers to hold migrants until they are expelled. Senators estimate these measures could cost around $100 billion.
The Republican-controlled Congress is also working in parallel to fund these initiatives as part of a major budget reconciliation plan.
Tom Homan, former immigration director known as the “border czar,” will serve as Trump’s main advisor and has indicated that mass detentions in multiple cities are expected.
According to Senator James Lankford, more than a million people recently entering the country, those convicted of crimes, or those with deportation orders could be affected by these new measures.
Beyond migration and border security, the executive orders will cover energy development, federal Annex F labor regulations, gender policies in schools, and vaccine mandates, among other campaign promises.
The AP noted that the scale of this executive action is unprecedented in modern history, aiming to implement key policies quickly without waiting for legislative approval.
At his “Victory Rally,” Trump outlined his agenda: “I will act with historic speed and force, and I will solve every crisis our country faces.”
His return marks the beginning of a presidency defined by a direct style, bold moves on security and migration, and a promise to make an immediate impact on United States politics.
