Samsung Electronics announced the expansion of Galaxy AI features to more users in Argentina, alongside the rollout of the One UI 7 update.

Starting in late April, users of Galaxy S24 Series smartphones, Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy S24 FE, and Galaxy Tab S10 Series tablets will access new artificial intelligence functions that enhance productivity, improve communication, and enrich visual experiences. 

To access these features, users must update their devices via Settings → Software Update.

Antonio Quintas, Senior Vice President of Mobile Experience at Samsung for Latin America, emphasized, “This expansion reinforces Samsung’s commitment to democratize innovation and place artificial intelligence at the heart of the mobile experience, enabling more users to leverage useful tools for their daily lives.” 

New One UI 7 functionalities include an AI Agent facilitating interactions across apps via Cross App and Now Bar, allowing users to schedule events, access frequent content, and receive intelligent suggestions directly on the lock screen.

AI Select optimizes visual element searches on screen, while the Setting feature allows natural language navigation, simplifying device usage. 

Other AI functions

For communication, Transcript automatically transcribes calls and recordings, while Summary generates organized notes for meetings or interviews. Writing Assist improves text by suggesting corrections and tone adjustments, useful for both formal and informal messages. 

Creativity also gets a boost with AI Stickers, converting written descriptions into personalized stickers, and Drawing Assist, which offers shape suggestions and automatic adjustments in drawings.

For audiovisual content, Audio Eraser removes background noise from recorded or existing videos, producing cleaner, more professional audio. 

Samsung continues to strengthen its commitment to artificial intelligence on mobile devices in Argentina, enhancing everyday life, productivity, and creativity. The One UI 7 update will roll out gradually across Latin America from April 14, depending on the device model and mobile carrier.
