Jony Ive, the British designer behind some of Apple’s most iconic products, including the iPhone, iMac, and iPad, has partnered with OpenAI, the company behind the popular ChatGPT, to develop a new generation of computers powered by artificial intelligence.

OpenAI’s acquisition of Ive’s startup, LoveFrom, for $6.5 billion marks the beginning of a historic collaboration between cutting-edge design and technology.
